Nexus Performance in Atlanta, GA exists at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance.
All training is designed and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a general personal trainer. Clinical insight is combined with strength training principles to develop your program.
No random workouts. No guess work. Each session follows a clear, structured plan built around your movement history, helping you build strength and long term resilience.
