In-home personal training in Atlanta, GA.Built for those post-physical therapy, seeking a return to full performance. All training is led by a licensed Physical Therapist.

What We Do

Nexus Performance in Atlanta, GA exists at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance.

No random workouts. No guess work. Each session follows a clear, structured plan built around your movement history, helping you build strength and long term resilience.

All training is designed and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a general personal trainer.

Most trainers see you multiple times a week, session by session. We take a different approach: sessions are spaced out based on your progress, on average every 2-4 weeks. The goal is for you to be confident and independent in your program by the end, not dependent on ongoing sessions.

Who This Is For

Dealing with recurring injuries or flare-ups when you push your training?

Have an injury history and want a structured transition into higher level strength training, guided by a physical therapist?

Prefer a structured training program built around your body, not a one-size-fits-all plan?
